Reservations

Our hotel accepts reservations for both short stays and overnight stays. Please be sure to read the following information before making a reservation.

Reservation Availability

  • Reservations are accepted every day. However, we may be unable to accept reservations during certain busy periods, such as Christmas and the year-end holidays.

  • Reservations are available for Type 3 rooms and above. Reservations are not available for Type 1 or Type 2 rooms.

  • Guests arriving by car may only reserve Type 3 rooms or above.

Reservation Period

  • Reservations can be made from one month before your intended date of stay.

  • For reservations made online, the front desk will contact you to confirm your reservation.

  • For same-day or next-day reservations, we may not have enough time to contact you for confirmation. In such cases, please contact the hotel directly to confirm your reservation.

Reservation Validity

If we do not hear from you within 30 minutes of your scheduled reservation time, your reservation will be cancelled.

If you expect to arrive late due to unavoidable circumstances, please contact us in advance.

Cancellations

Please contact us by phone at least three hours before check-in to cancel your reservation.
